Soave Superiore (DOCG)
Som Soave Classico, men med endnu lavere tilladt udbytte og højere mindstealkohol.
De tre Soave-kvalitetsniveauer adskiller sig ved kravene til høstudbytte og minimumsalkoholstyrke:
- Soave: 110 hl/ha, min 11% alkohol
- Soave Classico: 98 hl/ha, min 11,5% alkohol
- Soave Superiore: 70 hl/ha, min 12% alkohol
